The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated with beautiful views.

The well-trained staff were lovely. The hotel was very close to the conservatory/bistro, the restaurant upstairs, and surrounding gardens.3. Sugarloaf Mountain was only 4 km away from the venue.

The hotel is reasonably priced and exceptionally comfortable. The newly remodeled rooms are huge and offer beautiful views of autumnal trees. The location is marvelous and brilliant, especially for dining in the restaurant upstairs. It's also conveniently located near the wellbeing center and the correct motorway junction.

The reception staff were lacking in personality and warmth in their welcome and again on departure were efficient but lacking in personality. The evening meal was a bit disappointing in that the meat (lamb) was overcooked and sauce had probably sat under hot lamps for too long. The television remote didn't work and the tv cabinet unit had to be moved to use the ironing board. Breakfast choice was limited, no mushrooms, no continental ingredients.

Nice surroundings and close to both seaside and mountains and has good access to the highway.

The rooms are very poorly sound insulated.The restaurant food although good food value is rather limited in selection for those staying more than a night or two.

The room had comfortable decor and a nice bathroom to relax in, the location was excellent, ongoing refurbishment was impressive, and the food was reasonably priced and lovely.

The Staff were great and even though we had arrived late and missed our dinner booking (the kitchens had closed at 9.30pm), they were very helpful in providing info for a takeaway delivery from the local town. The location is second to none, it is within easy driving distance from the city centre and is just off the M11 motorway but feels like you are right in the middle of the rolling hills and valleys of the country side. The views are fabolous.

The kitchen closes an 9.30pm after which all you can get is a sandwhich from the bar until Breakfast!! Also there seemed to have been a fault with the hot water heating as there was no hot water for showers the morning we were there - I am sure this was a one off occurance though.

I liked the location of the hotel..very easy to acess. the pool was a bonus.Food was very good and the lounge/library just nice to relax in.

We had booked a non smoking room , however on arrival in our room there wasa very strong smell of smoke. We were offered a change but we had unpacked and declined....a wrong decision as our clothes on coming home smelled of smoke as well.The staff did spray air freshener on one occasion.. I had to use my pperfume at other times to disguise the smell.

Recently spruced up, this place is top-notch and even comes with a cozy fireplace. Its spot is great, being super close to all the cool sights and stuff to do around here! 🔥

The breakfast had plenty of selection, and the food was tasty. the comfortable bed in the well-decorated room made for a great night's sleep. - the location was quiet and close to numerous tourist attractions. - the hotel is adjacent to the surrounding areas of Greystones, with common areas, mountains, and trees nearby.

Ease of access and parking with facilities for walking the dog. Good accomodation, food and facilities and near to where I wanted to be.
